what times did people get ? last year i done 4.20hrs this year 6 st lighter 3.06hrs not bag for 56 year old

Great stuff - 14.7Km is enough to get you from Cape Town centre to the Riebeek Valley (with 10 or so Km to spare) - but we have HILLS. On the other hand, one section is 22Km dead straight, so that would not be a problem would it? Well done.
